Our aim is to bridge the gap on knowledge and performance of the more technical aspects of:

WHO IS IT FOR?
This event is for anyone wanting to improve how they train, from hobbyists to serious athletes. Whether you’re dealing with competitions, managing strength plateaus, injuries, or just want to level up your training, there’s something here for you.
WHAT WILL THE TRAINING BE LIKE?
Hard, Fun and and absolute minefield of practical learning. Our Head coaches Harry and Yannick are absolute beasts but one thing they are better at than most is making these lessons applicapble to all levels.
