This will be your starting point, and how we track your progression along your journey.

  • Initial Consult: Discuss medical history, current conditions, personal goals & exercise history

  • Physical Tests: May include posture, mobility, strength, balance, cardiovascular, and functional movement tests.

  • Personalised Program: Development of an evidence-based exercise program tailored to your needs and goals.

  • Education: Guidance on movement, lifestyle, and injury prevention to support long-term health outcomes.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTS

These sessions are to receive ongoing monitoring and support with your program and goals.

Includes:

  • Progress Review: Assess improvements and changes in your strength, mobility, fitness, or symptoms.

  • Exercise Modification: Modify your program as needed to match your progress or address any challenges.

  • Technique: Ensure exercises are being performed safely and correctly for maximum benefit.

  • Goal Tracking: Revisit short- and long-term goals to keep you on track and accountable.

  • Support: Continued guidance on lifestyle, recovery, and staying motivated.
