OUR TEAM

Will Grant

OWNER

As founder, director and coach, Will leads from the front—running sessions, creating events, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes.

These days, he mainly coaches private and semi-private sessions, but you’ll still find him on Wednesday mornings for bodyweight and mobility.

A self-described generalist, he focuses on the basics—because better bodies are built on doing the simple things well. No fluff, no novelty—just doing the hard work that gets results.

He believes training should be something you enjoy and look forward to—something that fits alongside your lifestyle, while building strength and picking up a few new skills along the way.
