Whether you want more confidence, easier daily activity, or simply to stay active with others, our program helps you build a body that supports you for life.

PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

Available to all new Longevity members or casual visitors.

We want you to feel comfortable in beginning your journey with us. So before getting started we offer you a free private 30 minute introductory session with an Exercise Physiologist.

This will be aimed at introducing you to movements you will experience in classes, gain an understanding of any injuries or conditions we need to be aware of, and check in with any limitations.


TIMETABLE

We have classes every weekday (Mon-Fri) from 10am-10.45am.

All of our classes have a focus on mobility & balance - drawing principles from the Otago Exercise Program for falls risk reduction.

With certain days having a specific upper, lower or full body strength focus.

MEMBERSHIPS & CASUAL

Membership is $40 weekly, includes;

  • Unlimited longevity classes (up to 5 per week)

Casual 10-pack is $150, includes;

  • 10 x individual longevity classes

If you are attending 3 or more classes weekly, it becomes much cheaper to jump onto a membership.
