LONGEVITY
FOR 60+ ADULTS
Our Longevity classes are designed for adults 60 and over who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent — all while training in a fun, supportive community. Each session focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and coordination through safe, guided movement.
Whether your goal is to move with more confidence, keep up with daily activities, or simply enjoy staying active with others, our Longevity program helps you build a body that supports you for life.
PROGRAM BREAKDOWN
FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION
Available to all new Longevity members or casual visitors.
We want you to feel comfortable in beginning your journey with us. So before getting started we offer you a free private 30 minute introductory session with an Exercise Physiologist.
This will be aimed at introducing you to movements you will experience in classes, gain an understanding of any injuries or conditions we need to be aware of, and check in with any limitations.
TIMETABLE
We have classes every weekday (Mon-Fri) from 10am-10.45am.
All of our classes have a focus on mobility & balance.
With certain days having a specific upper, lower or full body strength focus.
MEMBERSHIPS & CASUAL
Membership is $40 weekly, includes;
Unlimited longevity classes (up to 5 per week)
Casual 10-pack is $150, includes;
10 x individual longevity classes
If you are attending 3 or more classes weekly, it becomes much cheaper to jump onto a membership.

Just yourself, a water bottle and a can-do attitude. No shoes are necessary in our gym.

You are in great hands, our team of Exercise Physiologists are able to start you at beginner levels until you get comfortable with all exercises.
