Will Grant

OWNER

Will is the founder, director and coach, leading both the vision and day-to-day training. He works closely with clients through private and semi-private coaching, and runs weekly bodyweight and mobility sessions.

His coaching philosophy focuses on doing the basics well. He believes strong, capable bodies are built through consistent effort and simple principles, not unnecessary complexity.

Will aims to create training that people enjoy and can sustain long term. His goal is to help clients build strength, improve movement, and develop skills that support both performance and everyday life.

Liam Caton

Liam is an owner, director and exercise physiologist who oversees gym operations, marketing and the exercise physiology department. He works with clients across rehabilitation, movement and performance, delivering highly individualised programs.

He specialises in musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, particularly knee injuries, along with prehab, strength development and performance support.

Liam is focused on creating an environment where rehabilitation and performance work together, helping clients build long term strength, resilience and confidence in their movement.

Garth Lawson

Remedial & Myofascial Massage Therapist

Garth is a remedial massage therapist focused on improving movement quality and reducing pain through hands-on treatment. His work supports recovery, mobility and long term physical function.

He uses a range of techniques including myofascial release, dry needling and cupping to address muscle tension, injury and movement restrictions.

Garth takes a clinical and personalised approach, working with each client’s goals to support recovery, improve mobility and help them move more comfortably in daily life.

Teale Vella

Physiotherapist

Teale is a physiotherapist working across sports performance and women’s health. She supports active individuals through injury management, rehabilitation and performance development.

Her areas of focus include sports physiotherapy and pelvic health, including pregnancy and post-partum care. She works with clients to improve movement confidence and support long term physical health.

Teale combines evidence-based treatment with practical education, helping clients understand their bodies and build strength for both sport and everyday life.

Sarah Pfeiffer

Dietitian

Sarah is a dietitian who provides practical, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to individual needs and health goals. She works with clients managing medical conditions, digestive concerns and general nutrition challenges.

Her approach focuses on building sustainable habits that support long term health, without unnecessary restriction or confusion.

Through her Eat Play Love philosophy, Sarah helps clients develop a positive relationship with food so they can feel confident in their choices and support their health and lifestyle.

Alyssa Parks

Exercise Physiologist

Alyssa is an exercise physiologist who takes an individualised and holistic approach to supporting long term health and confidence. She works with clients both inside and outside the gym to build sustainable habits that support strength and independence.

She has extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, particularly for low back, shoulder, hip and knee conditions, and enjoys helping older adults stay active and strong.

With a background in running, soccer and AFL, Alyssa prescribes programs that support both rehabilitation and performance goals.

Jimmy Stewart

GYM MANAGER

Jimmy is the gym manager and a coach who helps members build strength and confidence through movement. He specialises in bodyweight strength and handstand training, focusing on control, mobility and skill development.

His coaching emphasises consistency and enjoyment, helping clients improve movement quality and see steady progress over time.

Hamish Jeffrey

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Hamish is an exercise physiologist specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic condition management and strength and conditioning.

He focuses on building resilience through progressive strength training, helping clients manage symptoms, improve capacity and support long term physical health.

Tom Maher

COACH

Tom coaches across strength, mobility and prehab, supporting clients to improve movement quality and build long term physical capacity.

His approach encourages clients to step outside their comfort zone in a supportive environment, helping them develop confidence in their movement and performance.

Tom values consistent progress and enjoys helping clients build skills that support lifelong strength, mobility and health.

Timmy Randall

COACH

Tim is a coach who focuses on improving hip mobility and building strength through greater range of motion. He supports clients in developing strong, resilient bodies through better movement quality.

His coaching emphasises consistency, technique and steady progress, helping clients improve mobility while building strength safely.

Tim is passionate about helping clients move better, reduce injury risk and build confidence through measurable physical improvement.
