What Is Street Lifting?

Old school training. New school techniques. Everything you need to get strong AF.

The BIG 5:

  • Bench press

  • Back Squat

  • Dead Lift

  • Weighted Dips

  • Weighted Pull Ups

Maybe we also throw some loaded muscle ups in for fun to who knows.

This event is for anyone wanting to improve how they train and recover — from hobbyists to serious athletes. Whether you’re dealing with competitions, managing strength plateaus, injuries, or just want to level up your training, there’s something here for you.

Hard, Fun and and absolute minefield of practical learning. Our Host Dan is an absolute beast but one thing he is better at than most is making these lessons applicapble to all levels.

  • Parking can be accessed either in our car park, or on the streets adjacent (Smith or Kingston st)

  • Not provided but we have linked up with near by local spots for some sweet discounts for the group

  • 100%. The whole event is tailored to be beginner friendly

  • Not an issue. We are mostly training inside and the outside stuff will be in the water any way.

  • Stay consistent with training in your lead up

  • We will cap the event at 30 participants
