PROGRAM.

Our Youth Program is designed to help young athletes between the ages of 11-16 build a strong foundation in strength, mobility, and movement skills. Each session focuses on improving body awareness, coordination, and control — key ingredients for athletic performance and injury prevention.

Whether your child plays team sports or just wants to get introduced how to move better and feel stronger, our sessions help them develop confidence in how their body moves. Setting them up for long-term success both in the gym and on the field.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

EVERY TUESDAY & THURSDAY

We have two classes each week operating 3.45pm-4.45pm, aligning with the school term calendar in 10-week blocks.


ONE WEEKLY SESSION. - $250 per term

TWO WEEKLY SESSIONS. - $350 per term

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is to be paid upfront for the 10-week block, with a pro-rata in place if they have joined later in the term.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Each week focuses on developing strength, mobility, coordination, and skill in a fun, supportive environment.

  • Tuesdays introduce athletes to fundamental strength movements in a safe and controlled setting — learning proper technique and building confidence under the guidance of our coaches.

  • Thursdays focus on bodyweight strength and athletic skills, developing control through movement drills and challenges.

Every session includes games and activities that improve body awareness, balance, and coordination, helping each youth athlete move with purpose and perform at their best — whether in sport or everyday life.

  • You sure can. Perfect way to see if it’s a good fit for your child. Following the trial class we can discuss options moving forward

  • You’re more than welcome to leave your kids in our hands if you need to get some errands done or step away for the hour.

  • A water bottle and a towel is recommend, especially in the warmer months.

  • We can assess on a case by case basis after a trial session. Slight exceptions can be made to this rule if all parties agree.

  • Currently we only run through the 10 week school term.

  • We offer a pro-rata cost pending on how many weeks remain in the school term. This will be discussed and organised once contact has been made.
